These 12 Volt Power Wheels batteries now have 26% more capacity allowing kids to ride longer between charges! Batteries with stock code 00801-0638 or model no. 1001175653 now are 12V 12Ah vs. the original 12V 9.5A with model 00801-1869 built prior to 2017. The old version of these batteries had red stickers with the Fisher-Price logo. The newest version has blue lightening bolt stickers.
This 12V battery is a solid gray color and measures 5.25 x 4.25 x 5.51 inches (L x W x H). This battery SHOULD NOT and CANNOT be used to replace the 12V Power Wheels battery with the orange top (part numbers 00801-1776 and 00801-1661). The newer two color batteries have a gray body with an orange cover and connector. The orange top batteries use a 40A breaker instead of the old 30A breaker and they have the small notch in the corner of the connector. B
